Can Najib do the same thing he did to Myanmar to the China and the US?
Is the fear that he will be exposed as a two timer the reason he is not taking a stand on Trump?
Is it because he is afraid the Chinese will withdraw all support for him, the reason he is afraid to take on China?
Malaysian Prime Minister likes to drum support by championing Islamic issues on a selective basis and where he feels rather secure, so that is why he joined his best friend and strategic partner Hadi Awang
in condemning Myanmar over the Rohingya issues.
The Rohingya people as the whole world world knows, are Bangladeshis and even today Bangladeshis take to the Rakhine State, in Myanmar to claim to be Rohingyas in an attempt to seek asylum status in Malaysia, but that is another issue.
The UN has recognised that these people are subject to Human Rights violations and they are, so to champion their cause is right and of course noble because no people must be subject to human rights violations.
Najib championed their cause even to the ire of the remaining ASEAN members as it was against ASEAN principles of non interference in the internal affairs of another member state and he did not give a damn and it was a right move for the wrong reasons, he did it not because he cares about such issues, he wanted to drum up support for his fledgling unpopularity especially among the rural Malays. He did this together with Hadi Awang at an event mooted by Hadi and PAS.
Now was this really what he intended t do or was he on a political mission to seek popularity by stirring religious sentiments?
Najib as we al know is increasingly trying to up his popularity by playing the religious card.
Najib was no way interested or committed to the Rohingya cause nor the state, all he was interested in was the political mileage he had set out to attain it and so the big Wayang, the Serbanika, the big show.
If Najib was really a just man looking for justice why did he not hold similar rallies against the ISIS when they murdered Christians, Yazidees and non believers including Shia Muslims in the middle east?
He did not do that because he was well aware that the ISIS was actually a force funded by the Saudis, his great friend Obama and Erdogan of Turkey to fight the Syrians.
He was in the team that wanted to get rid of Syria's Assad, after all that was what the Saudi's wanted as the Saudis wanted to be the head of the Sunnis, to them non Sunnis had no place in the middle east, even Sunnis who posed a threat to them had to be removed and so cleverly with the help of America they got rid of Saddam Hussein and Gadaffi and now they were actually allowing and continue to allow the ISIS to control Iraqi Oil to fund their purposes. They set up ISIS, ISUS did not suddenly appear in the middle East if they did it would have been the greatest miracle of recent times, but miracles have stopped happening in the Middle east fora long long time now.
Well you may excuse Najib for not condemning ISIS after all they are of the same stock as him, and so he can be excused for keeping quiet, after all they killed Christians and Yazidees so no problem, whilst in Europe and America Christians, Church groups take to the streets to fight for the rights of Muslim refugees, whom Saudi Arabia and the remaining Islamic countries of the Middle East will not have, but let us turn our attention elsewhere and see how sincere Najib really is.
The Uyghur Problem
China has they Uighur problem, in the area China now calls Xinjiang Autonomous Region.
This region borders Mongolia, Russia, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan, and it is currently China's largest natural gas-producing region.
The Uyghur's may not have a legitimate claim to a Uyghur nation but nevertheless it is an Islamic state problem.
There is a long and complicated history of this region and its people, the Uighur people are certainly
not Han Chinese people, China has sent in many Han Chinese to these areas and China has controlled this area for a long time taking it over actually from the Mongols, but the ethnic people of this region are certainly not Han Chinese and are made up of people of mixed stock including Indo Europeans, Indo Persian stock, Europeans of Russia origin, Turks etc. and all are predominantly Muslims.
They do not accept China's right to the territory and the Uighur have been fighting for their own land for a long time but have received little or no support from the Muslim world including Malaysia. In fact I had written about his much earlier in this blog and I was not wrong in assuming that Malaysia was afraid of China on this issue, this is one Muslim issue that Malaysia has never raised with China and the Muslims in Malaysia must ask Najib why?
If the Uighur's are wrong in making that claim Malaysia must offer to mediate to bring the whole issue to a peaceful end, but knowing China, China will not have it, they prefer to settle their own internal issues the way they think best. The question is; has Najib raised this issue? The Uyghurs ere also brought into the lime light in the MH370 investigations initially.
To the answer the question the fact is he never did, raise this issue and even if he did behind closed doors it is most likely the Chinese would have told him to mind his own business.
NOW TO THE QUESTION OF WHAT IS NAJIB'S STAND ON TRUMP'S BAN ON MUSLIM IMMIGRANTS FROM SEVERAL MUSLIM COUNTRIES IN THE MIDDLE EAST.
This is the most interesting of all, because I think and in fact I know that Najib supports Trump's move in banning Muslim's from these countries, not by choice but rather by circumstances and he is feeling very uneasy about it, he is being forced to support Trump because he brought it on himself by his own actions and that of his cronies.
But why should he feel uneasy about it, that he is forced to support Trump's move.
Well the reason is this, he'd love to come out and yell at the top of his voice condemning Trump's this move, he'd love to call for Islamic solidarity to support him to do this, he'd like to be seen as the champion of the OIC and leading them in this quest, he thirsts for the world stage, when he has got it
now for all the wrong reasons, he'd like to hold a rally bigger than any Bersih Rally to do this, and then gain the massive Muslim support he now craves to help him go to the next polls and win, but he can't
He can do it , he is dying to do it but he just can't and why?
How can he when in his own country he has used the offices of the heads of Sarawak and Sabah from restricting the movement of of Malaysians to these states, and many of them are Muslims too, but when you restrict the movement of people within your own country, how do you go and tell a government or a President that stopping foreigners he chooses to stop from entering his country is wrong?
He can't because the US is a nation by itself and it has every right to decide who can come in and who can't, just like Malaysia can and just like Malaysia does.
But who is Najib to go and yell at Donald Trump and the States when in his own country, he uses his cronies to prevent the movement of opposition Parliamentarians and other citizens freedom of movement from one state to another?
On the same token the Saudis and other Gulf states have chosen to remain quiet, they remain quiet because they realsie that they themselves do not want these Arabs in their states and refugees, they had a bad experience with Palestinian refugees in the past, and they do not want a repeat.
The refugees also do not want to be in the middle east because of the tyrannical regimes in these Muslim countries, and so they choose to go to Europe where they perceive life is better and it certainly is, but togethegr with them come comes hoards of radical Islamic terrorists hwo will terrorise these bona fide refugees into adopting radical means to destabilise the countries that host them and that is the truth.
To add insult to injury and instead of welcoming these Arabs the Muslims of the Arab world namely Saudi Arabia and the Gulf states are promising billions to build mosques in Europe for these fleeing Muslims, why mosques is that the priority? If it is then I think they should buid them in Saudi Arabia and bring them to the empty luxury tents they have in Saudi Arabia to house these refugees.
What Trump is doing is internationally acceptable, refusing foreign nationals entry into your country is your right (but this is morally wrong, no human being who is running for fear of their lives should bee used as a pawns for ones own agenda as in this case by Donald Trump the entire world must rise up and condemn this in no uncertain terms) Najib's government has banned foreign journalists from entering Malaysia, it is alright that is the right of the country, so too with Trump and who he decides not enter the USA, but Najib has no right constitutionally or otherwise to bar Malaysians entry from one state to another just because of their political beliefs and he has done it, just to safe his own skin.
So if any of you think Donald Trump and i sincerely think he may be, remember one thing Najib and hsi band of middle eastern sheiks is the badder guys.
Current affairs, human rights, justice with specific focus on Malaysia and where the world situation has a direct or indirect impact on the Malaysian political climate. Malaysians must never be told they are being "tolerated" when they exercise their constitutional rights, instead, the government of the day must respect their rights to do so.

Najib is setting his sights on PAS to bail him out at coming GE
The Unholy Alliance |
Done Deal |
With Anwar conveniently tucked away in jail they are now targeting the likes of Rafizi, Tien Chua, Khalid Abdul Samad, Lim Guan Eng and many more while Najib goes about his way making his strategy work.
The danger with the current situation is Mukhriz's attempt to tie up with PAS, the very party Najib will be using to ensure his stay in power. In Kedah the opposition should go for an all out fight, with UMNO and PAS rather than allow PAS a free reign. PAS is UMNO's or rather Najib's "Trojan Horse".
Do not underestimate Amanah, with Parti Pribumi Bersatu and Amanah on the same platform PAS is in
real trouble, they the PAS Ulamak are speaking bout it at every meeting they now hold behind closed doors and if Mukhriz has not got that message yet he is not prepared for the position of MB Kedah.
Yes, with Parti Pribumi and Amanah joining forces against PAS and UMNO, PAS is a gonna even in Kelantan and that is the ground swell as it stands right now.
The PAS membership are well aware of the close beneficial links between Hadi and UMNO and many, a very many are totally disgusted with it. "He has sold the soul of PAS," according to one Ustaz from Padang Terap. This Ustaz is already campaigning against the PAS leadership although in the open he looks pro PAS. That has always been the PAS strategy. According to some sources even the PAS leadership is aware of this damaging Ustaz and dare not take him to task as they fear it will split the party even further.
The New Barisan in the making To be disqualified as an MP |
Najib has indicated that he will allow a free reign to many PAS candidates to contest PKR on a one to one and where they need a split they will go in for a three cornered fight.
The Opposition have to go into this elections with their eyes opened, as UMNO sources from Johor have confirmed that the PAS people in Johor are already talking about Hadi becoming a Deputy Prime Minister in the BN if PAS should help BN wrestle power in the country, and if we know Hadi well enough, we all know what will happen.
The cry about the DAP ruling the country is to pull over the eyes of the Malay electorate especially the UMNO guys in light of what is in store with for Hadi, and Hadi is ready for it. Many in UMNO are not aware of this deal with Hadi, and according to the Johor UMNO source even the current DPM is in the dark
Najib has instructed Hadi to get into a deal with the opposition that will be the easier way out, and at the eleventh hour to field candidates against the opposition, in opposition territory just to split the vote and give UMNO its dues. This has been done before albeit on a much smaller scale.
It is not Kit Siang who will call the shots as Najib alleges in an opposition government, but Hadi and PAS that is the real game, and many Malaysians, Mukhriz and even senior UMNO and PAS members are in the dark about this evil plot as many UMNO men will be sidelined and Hadi will become DPM1. According to my UMNO sources Hadi is still demanding only one DPM position and that is him.
The PAS Ulamak have already hit the road, go to opposition areas and take a look all the PAS flags are up, it is a sign that the elections are on the way.
Najib has fast forwarded branch and Division meetings of UMNO and even the MIC and MCA are quite in the dark of the goings on.
Najib is not worried about what MCA or MIC or for that matter even the totally defeated Gerakan thinks,
Another Victim |
The opposition should discard PAS with immediate effect, the Selangor Government should sack PAS from Government and go it alone with the DAP and the Amanah members, some UMNO members will then opt to move to Pribumi and the power will still be with the people.
Johore promises many surprises at the next GE and so too Negeri Sembilan and Trengganu. We need to make a better effort in Sarawak and Sabah and this Government can fall.
IT IS ON LET USS HIT THE CAMPAIGN TRAIL, BUT REMEMBER.
PAS IS UMNO AND UMNO IS PAS.

IMMIGRATION DEPARTMENT DG'S THREAT SEEMS TO BE THE EASY WAY OUT?
OR IT THERE SOMETHING MORE SINISTER BEHIND THAT MOVE?
WHY CAN'T COMMON SENSE JUST PREVAIL?
IF INDUSTRY DOES WHAT HE IS SAYING OUR ILLEGAL PROBLEMS WILL GET ONLY WORSE.
DG MUST LOOK AT WAYS OF PARTNERING WITH INDUSTRY TO SOLVE THE ILLEGAL ISSUE NOT THREATEN THEM.
The Director of Immigration should take prudent steps to solve this illegal immigrant problem that has plagued this country for more than 30 years and
Immigration Director General Mustafar Ali |
Mustafar Ali must first realise this is not an employer problem but a bigger and more serious Immigration Department problem that has been left unsolved for years because there has been no effective action. He needs to do a root cause analysis and come out with solution's.
A huge portion of illegal immigrants are those who came in legally and then for some reason or other have absconded from their employers thus becoming illegal immigrants, others in huge numbers keep coming into the country via Thailand, via the sea, over the causeway and even via our airports and as bona fide tourists and students who once they are in refuse to go back.
This is a problem of the department not employers, the illegal immigrant has been coming in illegallyover the years and the department has to find ways to put a stop to these illegal entries.
These illegals are a social problem and employers who employ them have actually offered a solution to this social problem so instead of trying to threaten them with harsh actions the DG should use them as partners to control immigration and stem out the illegal problem with effective measures.
It is now no secret that in more ways than one, officers of the department itself were responsible for this problem via the selling of passports to foreigners as was revealed earlier, they could have been involved in the letting in of many illegal immigrants but I'll not dare guess the numbers and this was compounded by the illegal IC issue in Sabah and many suspect even in the peninsular.
Thousands, if not more even maybe to the extent of exceeding a million illegal immigrants reside in Malaysia and are part of our economy many to the disadvantage of the bona fide Malaysian small traders.
A successful Bangla did he come here to operate a Pasar Malam stall? |
Indonesian's and Bangladeshis are now independent contractors plying their trade here in Malaysia, some registered legally and others without a license and without being registered as such and most probably plying their trade free of tax, whilst milking our economy.
STOP THREATENING AND START WORKING WITH EMPLOYERS
If there are illegal workers in factories and in other industries, then the Immigration department should do the most sensible thing; get them registered and keep them as workers with a legal work permit with those employers who employ them, rather than go to punish them, treat these employers as your partners and using them come out with some effective solutions.
Allow employers to hold the passports of the workers and issue them with a security Pass signed by a specific person in the Company's management. The pass should contain a photo copy of the employees passport identification page and a copy of his work permit signed and stamped by the employer. This pass should be valid for only three months at a time and then renewed. The authorities have the right to call for the passport of any employee to whom this pass is issued at any time for inspection and audit. The workers pass should be accepted as a valid identification document only in the district he resides and works in by the police and immigration, in and he must be told just that, his passport must be kept for safe keeping and embassies should not issue a passport to their nationals unless there is a valid police report made here in Malaysia. If he intends to leave the district the employer has to put reasonable controls in place to ensure he returns if the employer si willing to allow him to do so , but this should not be encouraged.
Employers will have the task of ensuring that these workers do not abscond, if they do the employer will have to be fined and once the worker is caught he should be sent back to his country of origin without any delay.
These illegal workers should be paid the minimum wage and offered accommodation and their levies are to be paid by the employer. They should enjoy all benefits enjoyed by their Malaysian counterparts inclusive of Bonus and salary increments during their tenure here in Malaysia.
After a five year period these workers should be repatriated and new ones brought in on that way industry benefits as the new worker who arrives will then begin at the lowest salary on the scale and work upwards for a period of five years, it keeps our wages competitive, but as the minimum wage rises the scale has to be adjusted accordingly.
Factory canteens or hostels canteens must provide reasonably good and nutritious meals to these foreign workers at a reasonable cost, and not expensive to the level the worker is broke by the months end.
It will be a good idea for the employer to deduct a sum of 100 ringgit from the the workers wages and keep it as a saving for the employee. The worker must be told that this is actually to defray any cost iun case he absconds.
This amount of money will be returned to him at the end of the five year contract that will ensure that the worker has RM6000 on the day his contract ends and that is a good amount to take back home. The worker will forfeit his right to this sum if he is dismissed from employment for cause or if he absconds.
The Company has to make a provision of a minimum of RM50 per month per worker so that he receives a gratuity of a minimum of RM3000 at the end of the contract, this coupled with his savings of RM100 per month and his own personal savings if any will give the worker the opportunity to take home a minimum of RM9000 at the end of his contract.
Once the worker realises this,it is a great motivation for him to remain and work diligently with his employer, as he may lose all these if he doesn't.
Once the worker has accumulated more than RM3000 it is very unlikely that he will abscond, moreover if treated fairly and with his overtime income if any the worker will prove to be very productive.
What I am suggesting is a system I personally put in place, where employees were extremely productive and even offered to work during the Hari Raya Holidays for which they were rewarded with a fast food of their choice which was a great hit besides Holiday wages for the third day of Hari Raya which was not a Public Holiday.
The Company performed beyond targeted expectations year on year and workers got as much as even four months salary as bonus.
Employers who choose to hire foreign workers must be aware that there is a cost to hire these workers, and if they are willing to pay that cost why not, but all said and done the Malaysian worker must be given the first choice and if they Malaysian worker takes the job his hire is for a permanent tenure up till retirement at age 60 as the law now applies his total cost to the company must not be inferior to that of the foreign worker at point of entry when the Malaysian worker begins employment.
Instead of threatening employers in industry with these half past six measures that are punitive and in "accordance with the Law" and then allowing them to bring in workers from Bangladesh as has been agreed upon by our Minister of Home affairs for which we believe his brother has a hand, let us legalise these people who are already on the job, under these or more stringent terms and let things move on rather than increase the number of foreigners many of whom will turn illegal anyway as has been the case for so long.
The terms and conditions mentioned above must apply to all foreign labour, employers must be able to pay the cost for foreign labour and not just rely on them as a cheap source at the expense of the Malaysian worker.
The joint population of the legal and illegal immigrants in the country today far exceeds the number of Indians and Orang Asli put together I am told.
The Immigration department should step up its efforts to stem out this inflow of the illegals, not bring them in cohorts with people in the department and other government agencies and then once in treat them as slaves and criminals.
Malaysians in general are generous and kind and we shall not allow another human being to be trampled upon whilst he is trying to survive, what we should do is to check the source of the problem and rectify our mistakes of the past, and in doing that stop the influx of foreign labour.
Our priority now must be to legalsie these illegal foreign workers without using third parties to add cost to the employer, we already have a fat government service and they shoudl be used to run this exercise till we have legalised the current batch of illegal foreign workers to the fullest, in a very transparent manner so that the illegals can be legalised without fear and the process made easy for employers, given an opportunity to earn a descent living and the facility to save and then repatriated after a reasonable tenure in the country.
Why can't this be done instead of bringing in 1.5 million Banglas?
Or is this a sinister move to get employers to employ the 1.5 million quota the government has given the Bangladeshis, that figure not being met because there is a lack of demand and is this an arm twister being carried out in the interested parties who are unable to benefit from fulfilling the 1.5 million quota of Bangladeshi workers?

IS THE AG DELIBERATELY MISLEADING THE PEOPLE?
Saudi Foreign Minister's statement is a "no statement"
Does the statement by the Saudi foreign Minister clear Najib and the "Donation"issue?
Absolutely Not!!
Issued A calculated ambiguous press statement, seemingly meant meant to appease UMNO politicians |
How can such an ambiguous statement made by the Saudi Foreign minister be deemed conclusive in such a huge case of alleged embezzlement by the Prime Minister.
That statement by the Foreign minister of Saudi Arabia Adel al-Jubeir, raises more questions for the Police and the MACC to follow up on, to either clear or prosecute Najib rather than clear Najib of the allegations of fraud outright as the Attorney General is again trying to do.
The attorney-general Mohamad A pandi Ali must be the first to spot it. His competence is certainly in question, he of all persons should have been able to spot the ambiguities in the statements and he should have directed the agencies immediately, but rather the reverse seems to be happening.
Najib probably knew who he was hiring for the position of Attorney General of Malaysia when he chose Apandi.
What is really worrying is the statement of the Attorney General as reported in Malaysiakini, he is reported as having said, “This is because there is already a statement from the donor, so what is there left to be investigated,”.....
Now was the statement to the press made by the donor?
Did Adel al-Jubeir claim to be the donor?
Is the attorney-general Mohamad A pandi Ali deliberately trying to mislead Malaysians and clear Najib?
That really seems to be the case here he is deliberately trying to deceive Malaysians.
Let us look closely and understand what the Saudi foreign minister is reported to have said, whether he really said what is reported also becomes a matter of contention and I'll explain as we go along.

Let us look closely and understand what the Saudi foreign minister is reported to have said, whether he really said what is reported also becomes a matter of contention and I'll explain as we go along.
What the Saudi foreign minister is QUOTED to have said is as follows;
1. "We are aware of the donation and it is a genuine donation with nothing expected in return,”
2. “We are also fully aware that the attorney general of Malaysia has thoroughly investigated the matter and found no wrongdoing,”
3. “As far as we are concerned, the matter is closed,”
Has the Saudi foreign minister in his statement said that the money was donated by a Saudi royal, A a Saudi crook or maybe even a Saudi clown?
The Answer is "No." He has not identified the donor.
The report on this statement by the Saudi Foreign Minister Adel al-Jubeir seems to come solely from Bernama. See the following reports; (click on the links).
BERNAMA PLAYS ITS PART
Gulf Times,
The Gulf Times quotes the Saudi foreign Minister using what is reported by Bernama, it is strange that the Gulf Times was not present at the press conference.

BBC

Bloomberg in its report uses the phrase "quoted as saying," which means no Bloomberg source go this directly from the Saudi Foreign Minister just as in the case of Reuters and Gulf Times. Thai was at an Islamic conference and one wonders why the Gulf Times was left out of the news conference.
Everything seems to be coming from Bernama was this news conference at an international Islamic Conference only given to Bernama by the Saudi Foreign Minister?
Even the Gulf Times a prominent English paper in the Arabian gulf region was left out it had to quote Bernama and so too was Reuters and what more, then at an International conference in Turkey.
Is this an exclusive Bernama story?
And if so why only Bernama?
Malaysians know only too well how the government control its agencies and the mass media, to the extent they are now moving to control even blogs and FB postings.
The Saudi foreign minister is quoted to have said he is "aware" that is just it.

We are not told if he knows for certain who made that donation, he is only "aware" and there is a difference of being aware and knowing for certain.
After all Najib has been visiting Saudi Arabia so often, he has been seeing the officials of the Saudi government and he Najib could have told them who "DONATED" that money to him and they could have accepted what or could they be in concert with him for other reasons, to toe the line of the Saudis in the power wars of the middle east for instance, playing the ISIL game.
Najib could well have also taken an Oath in a mosque in Saudi Arabia to convince the Saudi authorities. We really do not know I am just speculating after all he has done it in the a past.
One thing we know is that the Saudi Foreign Minister said he is aware, it could have been brought to his notice by anyone including the Attorney General himself over the phone, but he has not disclosed that it came from the house of Saud. Now that begs the question, WHY?
Now the job of a competent attorney general will be to to pursue, the case even further and not clear a suspect, it looks like A pandi is deliberately trying to clear Najib at every turn for the flimsiest of excuses.
Adel al- Jubeir's February Story
Adel al- Jubeir's February Story
In February the Saudi Foreign Minister, Adel al-Jubeir, had declared
that the money received by Najib Razak into his accounts was not a
political donation, but he understood there had been an “investment” by
private entities in Saudi Arabia. It was a private Saudi citizen, I believe, and the funds went to an investment in Malaysia,” he said in an interview with The New York Times
The Matter is closed
Who is the Saudi foreign minister to decide the matter as closed?
To understand that, we need to know what he means by the, "matter is closed".
Well what he is telling everyone is that he is telling no more l#&s "the matter is closed" as far as the Saudis are concerned, he seems to be saying rather politely to Najib and his gang and the International press "for goodness sake do not drag us into this anymore we are finished with this."
He is "aware" of what he was saying and that is why he passes the buck to Malaysia and Apandi when he says
“We are also fully aware that the attorney general of Malaysia has thoroughly investigated the matter and found no wrongdoing,”
Here he seems to throw scorn on the Attorney General of Malaysia - Apandi - he seems to understand the position taken by the Malaysian Attorney General; that is why he refers to the AG having investigated the case, he being the foreign minister of Saudi Arabia is fully aware of Apandi's appointment and under what circumstances, after all 1MDB is fully on the Saudi fadar screen and the person who'll be watching it is the Foreign Ministry. So now he passes that to Apandi as though to say it is your baby.
Well all Malaysians know that the Apandi did not investigate the case at all. We also know that it was Gani Patail who was up to the mark as far as investigations go and it was when Patail was about to charge Najib he was sacked.
He is aware of it, he is not saying anything more, all Malaysians are also aware that Apandi never investigated the issue.
So who made him aware of this?
We all know only too well that Apandi just went through documents and was fast to clear Najib , and now in light of this report released exclusively by Bernama most probably, he has now seized the opportunity in what looks like an attempt to deceive the Malaysian public if the Malaysiakini report is right where he comes out this time and says; there is no need for further investigation.
“This is because there is already a statement from the donor, so what is there left to be investigated,”........Apandi

All Najib's men are now trying to seize this opportunity of a "pointless and empty statement" to clear Najib including his deputy PM Zahid Hamidi who once claimed to have met the donor and claimed that the donor was the former King of Saudi Arabia although at time the King was already dead.
This issue of the 2.6 billion was first met with a denial by Najib, the story then changed to a "donation", and even the donation has taken many twists and turns although investigations all around the globe seems to point in a different direction.
Najib claims to have returned this money, now that story seems to fall flat as well, and there is no proof that income tax was paid for this donation which went to his personal account, now the Saudi foreign Minister comes out with a dubious statement and the Attorney General of Malaysia lends it a new twist.
The competence of the attorney general of Malaysia has been called to question from the day he took office and that competence seems be showing.
At every turn the defence given by Najib and his team seems to only open new questions and seems to be more lies to cover the first lie.

INTERESTING TIMES YET DANGEROUS TIMES - VERY DANGEROUS TIMES
ARUL KANDA SHOULD TALK TO PASCAL NAJADI FOR HIS OWN GOOD
The 1MDB case has gained international notoriety. it is now lined up with the great crimes and criminals against humanity on par with Apartheid, the Myanmar Junta, Pinochet the dictator, and sufficiently notorious to attract the attention of Oscar-nominated film maker Mike Lerner who has now begun producing a documentary "The Master and his Wolf" a documentary which he hopes will join the dots between 'Wolf of Wall Street' producers Red Granite Pictures and a billion dollar scandal now threatening to bring down the government of Malaysia.
If I were Arul Kanda I'll get out of the country, Arul Kanda will breakup at the rigorous interrogations of international interrogators - seasoned professionals with years of experience in all the tricks involving fraud and money laundering.
Even if he thinks he knows all their tricks they always have got new ones with which to break him
In his own interest to consult others |
He must get out of the country to be free to make statements the kind that will get him concretely silenced in Malaysia or for which his integrity can be blown up to smithereens.
Arul has served his purpose to the people who appointed him, and judging from the results so far I do not think they are too happy or overjoyed by the outcomes so far produced, and as the case heats up internationally Arul is more a liability to those who appointed him rather than an asset.
Arul will be the centre of investigation, by international authorities and judging from what we already know Arul will want to safeguard his personal integrity and would not want to be the sacrificial lamb and neither will Shahrol Azral Ibahim Halmi.
He knows what's at risk |
Attempts to point the finger at Shahrol Azral Ibrahim Halmi is not even an attempt to pull wool over the eyes of the Malaysians who ae too used to it but rather to pull wool over the eyes of the international investigators from the US, Singapore, Luxembourg and Switzerland and let's just wait and see who will fall for it.
I noticed something when the entire team in 1MDB tendered their resignations calling for an investigation of the ex CEO of 1MDB, that was indeed a very strange proposal.
We all know that Shahrol Azral has openly given his reasons for leaving 1MDB and putting him under investigations will only open "Pandora's Box" for Najib and the rest in the 1MDB scandal.
Arul Kanda being the most recent CEO who supposedly has solved all 1MDB's problems will be the target of global investigators of the case.
May need to talk to Najadi |
There can be no hiding as some of the countries especially Switzerland who can use, "Universal jurisdiction," which allows states or international organizations to claim criminal jurisdiction over an accused person regardless of where the alleged crime was committed, and regardless of the accused's nationality, country of residence, or any other relation with the prosecuting entity.
Crimes prosecuted under universal jurisdiction are considered crimes against all, too serious to tolerate jurisdictional arbitrage.
Money laundering is an international crime, the recent issue of the Panama Papers only shows that the perpetrators of such crime are almost exclusively the rich and famous, and Switzerland being noted for slush foreign funds of the rich and famous may want to show the whole world that it is serious about running legitimate operations and have absolutely no tolerance for such crimes.
Arul and the ex CEO of 1MDB could be key personalities in the final phases of the investigation of these cases to provide the final link.
If I were Arul or even the former CEO (Datuk Shahrol Azral Ibrahim Halmi) of 1MDB I'd be very careful, I may take the option of Pascal Najadi, son of murdered Ambank founder Hussain Pascal Najadi the son of the murdered AM bank founder Hussain Najadi,
There is a lot that Arul and the ex-CEO will give out at the interrogations that could put the final nail in the coffin of those Zombies still fighting hard and denying everything only to be proven wrong at the next turn.
The end is nigh and desperate people do desperate things, Kevin Morais' brother had asked for a second post-mortem and in strange ways that was denied him and the body cremated without him even being informed that they were planning to do so.
Today the courts are conveniently hearing the case of death as described in the first post-mortem, we will never really know how he died will we?
In desperation people will do anything as long as it serves their interests and keep them in the clear.
Interesting times yet dangerous times, very dangerous.

MALAY PRIVILEGES OR ETHNIC CLEANSING?
This article is not against the Malays, it is aimed at the UMNO policy for the Malays. There is a huge disparity in the Malay community created by UMNO and not the other races.
This "agama bangsa cry" is nothing but a diversion, hog wash, to pull wool over the eyes of the poor Malays and make them ignorant of what is actually happening, using Malaysians of other religious groups and race to make sure that the poor Malay stays with UMNO, so the disparity of the Rcih Malay and the poor Malay can continue unabated.
The real disparity is between the rich Malays and the poor Malay not the Chinese and people of other races.
I talk about Melayu here and the Melayu of pre-independence must see what has happened to the Malays in Malaysia how both they and the non Malay have got hijacked by the UMNO elite, by creating another Melayu.
I have been very frank in my views, it may seem to hit at the Malays in general, but if you read properly it is aimed at UMNO and the right wing Malay extremists.
Inadvertently the Malays have got sucked into this plan of UMNO's unknowingly I'd like to assume.
It is a cruel plan and it is aimed at destroying our national unity, the faabric of our society once rated the best cosmopolitan society in the world, damaged by May 13 created by UMNO and now it has to be told as it really is

PTPTN scholarships for Bumis only,
Malay groups suggest

Well I am sure that if you are Malaysian you
will be least surprised if you read this PTPTN scholarships for Bumis only article it has been the rhetoric of all right wing Malay groups since independence and if you examine it carefully it has an agenda, an agenda rooted in what is nothing less than a systematic long term programme of ethnic cleansing disguised as "social economic reform plan" that has an eternal tenure and agenda.
Ibrahim Alif o Malay Rights group Perkasa |
I shall not mince my words and I shall continue to say that this is in fact a long drawn plan of ethnic cleansing in disguise and I'll tell you why.
Nowhere in the Constitution of this country has anything been said about eternal privileges to the ethnic communities in this country and even if that is stated and I am proven wrong it does not give others especially immigrants after Merdeka the right to call themselves Bumiputras or be classified Bumiputras and be bestowed with excessive rights at the expense of citizens of Malaysia who have been here long before the country's independence and who are citizens of this country either by operation of law or by naturalisation and who are today treated as second class citizens only because of religion.
If religion is changed it becomes easy for a non Bumiputra Malaysian to ensure his children becomes Bumiputra by conversion to Islam. After that all that is required is that he adopts Malay culture and speaks the Malay language and he is Malay and consequently a Bumiputra.
Championing the racist Malay agenda |
There are ethnic communities in this country that require careful nurturing to be brought on par with the rest of society and I'll admit if, they have not got as much of the Bumiputra allocation as the Malays did, these are the natives of this country, that is the Aborigines of west Malaysia, the Kadazans, the Duzun, the Dayaks and the rest. Malays are not Natives and cannot claim to be so unless one of their parents are Orang Asli.
The Melayu are not ethnic, they are immigrants from the various parts of Indonesia Southern Thailand, Yunanese, Indian Muslims, some Chinese Muslims, who obtained their status of being Malay a non existent race by virtue of the definition of what constitutes a "Malay."
This definition of the word Melayu has allowed recent Indonesian, Bangladeshi, Bosnian, Palestianian and other Muslim immigrants of other Nationalities of having their second generation being referred to as Malays and thus Bumiputras whilst the non Bumiputeras who have been citizens even before Merdeka are condemned to remain second class and have to subsidize the Malays and Bumiputras.
Subsidize because these people buy houses including palatial homes at a discount of seven percent compared to the non Bumiputra. The difference is of course borne by the non Bumi in his purchase price of the same type of house, even though the Bumi may be much much more richer than the non Bumi.
Champions the Malay and Islamic agenda in crisis |
We are constantly warned not to raise these issues as it is "SENSITIVE" and although it tramples on our constitutional rights we have to accept it, and keep quiet about it even though we realise that it is robbing us, our children, our grandchildren and their childrens' children of their rights as Malaysians in a society where we are all supposed to be equal in the eyes of the law, but at the same time it is NOT DEEMED TO BE SENSITIVE when they make ludicrous statements like;
"The convention of Malay rights group also alleged of a possible
conspiracy among private institutions of higher learning (IPTS) to grant
non-Bumiputera students higher grades, which it claimed could escalate
into a racial issue that can disturb national unity".
How can they pretend to be championing National Unity and what is their concept of "National unity" in the first place, when they make such baseless allegations of a racial nature? Are they alleging that the non Bumiputra students who have to pay high fees in private institutions are stupid?
This "conspiracy" they fail to realise is of their own making, spoon feeding Bumiputras, offering them places in Universities and schools of higher learning at the expense of more qualified non Bumis, and refusing to accept that places for students for higher learning should be accorded on merit rather than on "rights" has led to the Bumiputra students performing not on par with the non bumis.
Moreover the non Bumiputra students know that when they come out into the world there are no special privileges for them and ehy'll ahve to fight and compete to survive, no one fofers them charity and special favours.
That failure of the Bumi students, imagined or real is seen so glaringly in the very statement made by this "The convention of Malay rights group" and their other statements as well. Their rationale makes no sense as it is the Malays who are given most of the scholarships even in these private Institutions of Higher earning, and looking at it from a business viewpoint it will not be in the interest of these Institutions to do such things.
The failure of Bumiputra education policies are seen in the quality of explanations given by ministers and deputy ministers both in and outside Parliament both nationally and internationally. It was so glaring in the explanations given by Ministers and senior members of our National airline, the police force etc at the various press conferences then.
It was seen at the trial of Teoh Beng Hock where soon I do not have to mention who, even suggested that Teoh Beng Hock could have strangled himself and tried to show the court how that could be done to the amusement of all present and all those who read the case.
Having said this I must admit that there are many Malay Bumiputras who have excelled in their studies and who are performing excellently in Industry, what I am addressing here is the generalization of these extremists groups and how they place the blame of their own failures of their own doings on the others. It is always the case the other races are the Bogeymen, not them and their bankrupt policies.
He blamed the Chinese |
It was even the case at the last elections when the BN UMNO in particular performed badly they blamed it on the Chinese, not on themselves, their policies, their performance and corruption.
What are these rights after all, should they not be more concerned with the quality of Malay students graduating from Universities rather than the numbers?
The numerical value jsut so that more Malays get into University regardless the merits are more dangerous, just passing out graduates even though they do not deserve to pass resulting in them being underemployed whcih is the case today as they really do not have the knowledge nor skills for the positions creates false fears and attitudes which, yes may lead to racial violence. So who is creating these threats. Many graduate are frustrated, not being able to find "suitable jobs."
We are in the process of Nation building we need our skilled personnel, and and our future scientists our knowledge workers retained to develop this nation and so the PTPN scholarships must be accorded on merits so that regardless of race every Malaysian can make a contribution to the nation.
The grouping has become so extremely paranoid that they can go the extent to claim that there is a "conspiracy by the private Institutions of Higher Learning to grant non Bumiputra Students higher grades." Well from my won personal experience with foreign lecturers from from foreign countries I have been told that they the lecturers were instructed to lower the grades to pass students in Government and government aided Institutions.
I cannot claim that this is true but when you hear such statements from groups such as the members from this "Convention of Malay Rights Group" one can only wonder.
This deprivation of students of other races by the government under the pressure of such groups most of whom I can assume will be of UMNO and PAS, is deemed not sensitive, in Malaysia it is the norm.
I am now excising my right to disagree and it can't on any account be considered SENSITIVE as I am talking bout the rights of non Bumiputras who have had to put up with this since Independence and although in the minority have to subsidise the Melayu and the Bumiputra for so long and now it looks like for eternity.
There has been no time line, there has been no let down the more they take the more they want to take and it has to stop.
The subtle Process of Ethnic Cleansing
The only recourse for non Bumiputra children and their children's children it seems is to convert to Islam, which we are not prepared to do, then to adopt Malay culture which is being evolved from Arabic culture by the day, and then have their Children claim to be Melayu and subsequently gain Bumiputra status - thanks but no thanks.
I for one will not want my children nor their children's children to have a warped mind set like that of Ridhuan Tee whatever the benefits, I will not want them to forget their roots, and I will not want
His Children will be Malays and Bumiputras
them to disgrace their heritage by insulting their lineage, and their parents.
Well this is but one incident, there been many others, in most cases we are told and the Malays are made to believe that "Malays and Islam are under threat" that is the excuse used, over and over again, we are used as the bogeymen for the ends and purposes for a corrupt regime.
Why even recently it was proposed in Parliament that the Bar Council come under the attorney General's chambers, and that the attorney General be a Malay, not that we never had a Malay Attorney General.
All this in a nation where the overwhelming majority in Parliament, the Armed forces, the Police Force, the Judiciary, the Chief Ministers of states are Malay, and the Malays are told and they believe, though many of them are now getting fed up with these antics that "they and Islam are under threat from a minority" they (the government and its supporters as in this case) are used to using high handed tactics including calling non Bumis degrading names, telling he world that the Chinese women came here as prostitutes, the Indians are Pariahs etc.which do not constitute a threat of course because these groups are in the minority and so there is a freedom to do so, but say boo to a Malay and all Hell will break loose.
Now does this not point to subtle persecution and a plan to "ethnically cleanse" the non Muslims who are not Bumiputras?
Ethnic cleansing in any form is a sin against humanity, it is a crime for which leaders must be held accountable.
The Croats and and the Serbians were punished by the International community for their part in ethnic cleansing against the Bosnian Muslims, the world must sit up and take notice in Malaysia where this is happening in a very subtle manner, but whatever the manner one has to admit that this is indeed ethnic cleansing.
In Malaysia it is even worse than apartheid, the system many Malaysians themselves compare their current plight with, because unlike apartheid, here foreigners are allowed to come in and in the next generation gain Bumiputra status and even be classified Malays and condemn other Malaysians who are not Bumiputras to second class citizenship, unless the non Bumiputra converts to Islam, speaks the Malay language which most of them do anyway and many with a greater degree of fluency than the Malay himself, and follow the Malay custom which is fast mimicking Arab culture.
IN MALAYSIA THE RIGHTS ISSUE A SYSTEMATIC PLAN TO ETHNICALLY CLEANSE THE NATION.
IT HAS ALREADY BEEN SAID THAT IF YOU DO NOT LIKE WHAT THE GOVERNMENT SAYS AND DOES LEAVE THE COUNTRY, THIS WAS EVEN STATED BY THE DEPUTY PRIME MINISTER AMONG OTHERS.
THE WORLD MUST TAKE NOTICE.
